Through Sola Osolana Foundation, the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of the Foundation, Hon. Sola Osolana has assisted Agege residents by giving support to alleviate poverty among the people of the community.
Osolana , Agege Federal House of Representatives candidate of Peoples Democratic Party in the last National Assembly Election, gave out Fifty thousand Naira each to 100 Agege residents,
The Businessman turned philanthropist used the empowerment to celebrate his birthday.
During the presentation of the cash support, Osolana said this not about politics but to put smiles at faces of other residents who are in need at this critical time.
”This is just the first batch of the cash support to Agege residents. This is not about politics but giving to others who are truly in need; especially at this critical time when people are suffering in the country, Some people can afford it if a bag of rice two hundred thousand Naira but what of others.
” I want to thank all residents of Agege for your love and prayers over the years. I shall continue to contribute to the development of Agege and Orile Agege,’ he said.
Recall that the foundation has distributed writing materials, empowered the youths and widows in Agege and Orile Agege.
Meanwhile , Beneficiaries and popular political strategist , Hon. Fola Richard thanked Osolana for his philanthropic gesture and prayed to God to continue to uplift him.
