The Executive Chairman of Orile Agege LCDA, Hon. Sunday Johnson Babatunde has taken his passion for education further by providing primary schools in the Council Area with state of the art but easy to use computers.
Education is one of the focal points of Hon. Babatunde’s administration and his mission to leave an enduring legacy and provide qualitative education under a very conducive environment with appropriate learning tools is what has given birth to the creation of Information Communication and Technology (ICT) centres in the primary schools in the LCDA.
Hundreds of computer sets have been delivered and Orile Primary school is one of the first school to benefit from the noble venture.
The ICT centres are furnished with modern day and standard equipment to make learning very comfortable to the leaders of tomorrow.
Hon. Babatunde promised that more computers would be purchased and all the primary schools in Orile Agege LCDA would benefit from the special dividend of democracy. “The world is a global village already and its better to catch them young”, were the words of the Council boss.
His commitment to taking children out of the streets and give hope to the less privileged has been his driving force and he has promised not to relent or rest on his oars.
