Peoples Democratic Party’s Federal House of Representatives Candidate in the last General Election, Hon Sola Osolana has advocated for Peace and development as the economic condition puts many Nigerians in poverty.
Osolana stated this at 2024 Adult Harvest Thanksgiving Service of ST. Peter’s Anglican Church, Ikala, Imushin, Ogun State.
He believes that in midst of our natural and human resources, Nigerians do not deserved to be in abject poverty.
” All public officeholders need to work on the economy as many Nigerians are suffering now. People cannot feed themselves and family members. What is the importance of governance when people cannot be catered for.
”On our own, we have been doing many things for our people. Welfare packages to our people is not about politics. We have empowered youths and women without leaving the school children,” he said.
The Business mogul turned politician pleaded the public office holders to fear God and give succour to all citizens.
Recall that Osoalana has empowered youths and women in Agege and Orile Agege Local Coucil Development Areas.
He recently paid for school uniforms and educational materials of Public School pupils across the 60 primary schools in Agege and Orile agege.
