Second Batch: Johnson Babatunde rolls out subsidized foodstuffs for Orile Agege residents

The Executive Chairman of Orile Agege Local Council Development Area of Lagos State, Hon. Johnson Sunday Babatunde today embarked on the second batch of its subsidised food items sales to the less privileged persons living within the Council Area.

As early at 6am, the Council Secretariat was filled activities at Trailer loaded with yams were offloading the yams for representatives of the Community Development Associations.

Recall that the first batch of the subsidised Food Palliative reached over 10,000 Orile-Agege residents and this second batch seemed to to be bigger. Food item including Rice, Beans, Yam and Garri were available for purchase at half the market price across various locations in within the LCDA.

The Locations for the purchase points are All 53 CDAs (for Residents), Council Secretariat (for Orile-Agege LCDA Staff), All 6 Political Wards (for Party Members), Orile-Agege Primary School (for Public and Private School Teachers),

Alaagba Bus/Stop (for NURTW Association), Elere Police Station (for Law Enforcement Officers), Orile-Agege General Hospital (for public and private Health workers).
