Orile Agege Chairman gives succour to students, commissions water project in Community High School

The Executive Chairman of Orile Agege Local Council Development Area, Hon. Johnson Sunday Babatunde, on Thursday, fulfilled yet another promise as he commissioned a water project in Community High School, Orile Agege.

A clarion call had earlier been made by the headteachers of the school for the provision of a good and clean source of water supply, the promise was fulfilled by ” Mr talk and do”.

Water, as we all know is one of the basic necessity of life, most importantly, water from a clean source adds value to our every day life, little wonder Hon Babatunde swiftly moved into action as he is very passionate about education and all that concerns it.

It would be recalled that all the wards in Orile Agege LCDA has been provided with borehole facility in the first tenure of this administration.

The Council boss implored the school management and her pupils to make proper use of the facility and maintain it and guide it from being misused or vandalised.

Present at the event were Vice Chairman, Hon. Kafila Akanni Pedro, Leader of the House, Hon. ‘Wale Fayemi, SLG, Hon. James Agboola, other Legislative members and Exco members as well as the school headteachers
