The residents of Agege Local Government have celebrated Former Council Leader and Councilor representing Ward ‘F’ Agege, Hon Muyideen Akolawole Anigbajumo, as he turns another age.
Anigbajumo is a former leader of Legislative Arm of Agege Local Government.
In the words of a resident, Sulaimaon Abdrahman, ‘ I am a resident of Ward F,Agege and above 40 years in Age. I have seen many Councillors that have represented different wards in Agege. Among all, Hon Anigbajumo Kolawole stand out among the numerous Councillors we have had in the Council Area.
”His span of achievements as a Councillor and Council Leader cut across education, empowerment, Health and relationships. Among all is visibility. He is always available to assist the residents.
”Upon the challenges he faced from other politicians while in office, in his capacity as a Councillor, he dug borehole for his community and his part for Keke Area area to have Transformer is still in the mind of many residents till today. His long list of achievements are still available for many to see.
”I challenge any present or former councillors on all these facts about the young councillor and I will present the facts. He has done well as a Councillor and Council Leader.”
Another resident, Hamid Adeiza O. Saliu, in a message posted on facebook stated that the young Councillor is a bridge builder and servant of the people.
According to Azeez Nurudeen Lekan, Anigbajumo is a good brother, leader and an alumnus.
To Erinfolami Oladipupo Oladipupo, the former councilor is a rare politician and brother. He said, ”Congratulations to you, my dear brother; wish you many more prosperous years in good health.”
Nurudeen Thomas later prayed for the former Council Leader and wished him a prosperous birthday.
”May this day be the beginning of another beautiful year for you. May there be pleasant surprises, loads of joy and infinite happiness. Wish you a very happy birthday,” he said.
Recall that Hon. Anigbajumo was not allowed to return as Councillor representing Ward F, Agege after aborted Primary Election of All Progressives Congress In Agege Local Government.
During the incidence, Anigbajumo ‘s posters and billboard were damaged with the Area Council.
